Our Story — Built on Hard Work and a Love for the Outdoors
Yoder’s Tree and Land Services was founded by Josiah Lee and Brady — two young professionals with a shared passion for the outdoors, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things right. They started the company in 2022 with a simple belief: Southwest Florida deserves a tree care and landscaping company that shows up on time, does exceptional work, communicates clearly, and leaves every property better than they found it.
Since then, Yoder’s has grown into a trusted name for homeowners, property managers, and contractors across Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and Siesta Key. The company remains locally owned and operated — Josiah Lee and Brady are involved in the day-to-day operations and take personal pride in every job the crew completes.
