Terms of Service

By engaging Yoder’s Tree and Land Services for any tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, or landscaping service, you agree to the following terms.
Services & Estimates
All estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those assessed during the estimate. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Licensing & Insurance
Yoder’s Tree and Land Services is licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to the work area before the scheduled service date
- Identify underground utilities, irrigation lines, or obstacles not visible from the surface
- Secure pets and ensure children are away from the work area during service
- Notify us of any HOA restrictions or deed covenants affecting the work
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a different arrangement is established in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sarasota County, Florida.
